From this data, we build a customized preventive maintenance schedule aligned with manufacturer recommendations, ASHRAE guidelines, and UAE regulatory requirements.

Under a standard AMC, our technicians visit your property 4 to 12 times per year depending on the contract tier. Each visit includes HVAC filter replacement or cleaning, coil inspection, belt tension checks, electrical panel torquing, leak detection, pump performance verification, and thermostat calibration. We also perform quarterly energy analytics to track consumption patterns and identify efficiency degradation early. Clients on our AMC program experience up to 85 percent fewer emergency breakdowns and typically save 15 to 25 percent on annual energy costs through optimized system performance.

Emergency support is included in every AMC tier. When a breakdown occurs, our dispatch center prioritizes AMC clients with guaranteed response times of 30 to 45 minutes in Abu Dhabi city and 60 to 90 minutes in the Western Region. Our service vehicles carry AED 250,000 worth of common spare parts, enabling us to complete 78 percent of repairs on the first visit without waiting for material delivery.
